Meet Your Makers

It’s almost that time again. Spring, when event and festival announcements start filling the air. Everyone is abuzz with talk of which shows can’t be missed and what dates to blackout for that much needed vacation time. It’s no different here at CMDG.

One event we already have marked on our calendars is Southern Makers. This annual, one-day spectacle takes place in Montgomery, Alabama and prides itself on bringing together “highly curated, handpicked top talent – artists, chefs, breweries, craftsmen, and designers – to one central place.” These makers create the best-of-the-best in the their field, and Southern Makers delivers them all to your fingertips. This year, attendees will find a market for shopping, demonstrations and tastings, along with conversations and workshops. Lovers of all things Southern, this is one event you don’t want to miss.
